During the day they hide in their bags, watching the world go by through the little peep holes they have made for themselves, and then when night-time comes around they climb out of their bags, shake their tails and pop out to stroll around the town with their friends. Trolls use leather suspenders to keep their pants in place, and the red stripe scarf helps keep him warm but he also uses it as a lasso should the occasion arise.
