We deliver worldwide using a combination of Royal Mail 1st class post (free deliveries go Royal Mail 2nd Class Post), Royal Mail Recorded/Special delivery and a Courier Service, depending on the value and size of your package.
In stock items are usually dispatched within 36 hours of placing your order. Larger items are usually dispatched within 48 hours. Parcels within the UK will take 2-5 days to arrive from date of dispatch. Overseas parcels usually take 4-10 days to arrive from date of dispatch. If your parcel does not arrive within 7 days please email email@example.com and let us know.
Please notify us if your parcel does not arrive within 7-10 days. If we are not notified it could result in the parcel being returned. The original postage cost can not be refunded and the same postage costs will apply to re-deliver the items so it is advised to keep a close eye.
Please be sure to provide a valid mailing address and local telephone number for the recipient. Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for items which do not reach the recipient due to incorrect details. If your item does not arrive within 14 days we will issue a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.

Cancellation and returns
If you are not happy with your product, let us know within 5 days of receipt. If you want to return your items we will be happy to refund or replace the item for you as long as the goods are in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us first before returning any goodsat email@example.com These must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Please note on non faulty items, we cannot refund for the postage paid for delivery from us to yourself or refund for the cost of returning the item to us and we will not be held liable for any loss or damage during return. Please ensure that goods are returned unused and in their original condition (including the packaging). If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Please make sure items are well packaged, as we cannot be held responsible for breakages in returned items. We we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method and/or ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you order has already been dispatched you will need to follow the procedure set out in the returns policy. This cancellation does not affect your legal rights, for example, if the goods are faulty.
If an item you have received is damaged or defective please inform us within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent where possible. We reserve the right to request that faulty items are returned to us before we issue an exchange or a refund delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. If there is any doubt we reserve the right to send items off to be tested before the item is deemed to be faulty.
Once we have agreed to replace or refund for any items this will be processed within 24 hours and the replacement received within our standard shipping times Refunds will depend on bank processing times.
For hygiene reasons, certain jewellery items such as earrings cannot be returned if unwrapped or unsealed unless faulty.
